A Bit About My Health Journey
My journey to living a healthy lifestyle started because of extreme ill-health. I’ve struggled with various health problems throughout my life, and have lived many years with serious and debilitating fatigue.
About two years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, and realised that I was always going to have to live in a manner that would help support my health and wellbeing. I also noticed that eating a certain way, keeping active, and honouring my body massively improved my all-round health. With that in mind, I have embarked upon a journey to find a lifestyle that works for me and my body.
A Bit About Me!
I am a 20 year old, living in London, UK, with my mum, boyfriend, and a slightly neurotic yet very cuddly Maltese dog called Tiffy.
I love dancing – pole dance especially, cooking, baking, singing in the shower (doesn’t everyone though?), photography, and oddly enough, mathematics! Some could even call me a nerd… As well as watching way too many crime dramas, my guilty pleasure is reality TV, and I thoroughly enjoy spending an evening on the sofa wrapped up in a comfy blanket. I am a great tea enthusiast, love music, and laughing hysterically with my friends whilst acting stupidly will always bring me happiness.
